1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rumen platform (rumen.caprabiosciences.com) or opting in to receive SMS operational notifications from Capra Biosciences, Inc. ("Capra", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Operational SMS Notification Program Terms
Capra Biosciences provides automated SMS text alerts for critical biomanufacturing and operational infrastructure events.

- Program Description: Critical operational notifications including bioreactor parameter alarms (e.g., pH, DO, temperature deviations), equipment crash alerts, hardware communication timeouts, server watchdog status, and system maintenance updates.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on equipment operational state, active batch schedules, and system incident events. Alerts are sent only when triggered by physical process conditions or system incidents.
- Pricing & Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging fees from your wireless carrier may apply to all messages sent or received.

3. Authorized Use Only
The Rumen Bioreactor Control System is proprietary enterprise software of Capra Biosciences, Inc. Access is strictly limited to authorized employees, engineers, and approved contractors. Unauthorized access, account sharing, or tampering with hardware control endpoints is strictly prohibited.
4. Operational Accountability & Safety
Rumen directly issues commands to physical biomanufacturing equipment (peristaltic pumps, agitation motors, heaters, gas solenoids). Users must adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety envelopes at all times.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Audit Logs (21 CFR Part 11)
All interactions within Rumen are logged in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Actions taken on the platform constitute official operational records.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
Your use of Rumen and participation in the SMS notification program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent records are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
