1. Authorized Use Only

The Rumen Bioreactor Control System is proprietary software owned by Capra Biosciences, Inc. Access is strictly limited to active employees, authorized contractors, and approved collaborators. Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or attempted circumvention of security controls is strictly prohibited.

2. Confidentiality

All data within Rumen, including but not limited to biomanufacturing recipes, hardware configurations, analytics, and run histories, is considered highly confidential trade secret information of Capra Biosciences. You agree not to distribute, export, or share this data outside of authorized company channels.

3. Operational Accountability

Rumen interfaces directly with physical hardware (pumps, valves, steam generators). You acknowledge that actions taken within the Rumen platform have real-world physical consequences. You agree to use the system responsibly and adhere to all Capra Biosciences Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when issuing hardware commands or modifying inventory.

4. System Monitoring

To ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal security policies, all activity within Rumen is actively monitored and logged into immutable audit trails.
